Lady Gaga and Tony Bennett – the new BFFs on the block – look full of festive happiness in their new photos for H&M. The two music artists are all wrapped in the winter finery in the fashion giant’s shoot. Lady Gaga revealed her lovely pins in a couple of fishnet stockings, few court shoes as well as a chunky tunic jumper, when Tony Bennet appears great in a suit and bow tie.
Lady Gaga posted a snap from campaign with her rooters earlier on Wednesday. Along with the snap, she wrote: “Here’s the first look at @itstonybennett and me in the @hm Holiday campaign! We can’t wait to swing into the holidays with you! #HMTonyGaga,”
Talking about the photo-shoot, Johan Renck, the director stated that they were inspired by the glitz, glamour, as well as opulence of the 40’s Big Band era. He added that the mood is one of festive celebration shot through with a strong sense of fashion and an underlying humor. It is audacious, intriguing, exuberant, curious and full of wonder.
Earlier this month, Gagaface and Bennet performed on Strictly. The 28 year old star glowed in a floor-length gold colored gown and short Cher like black wig for jazz performance. Bennet and Gaga performed 2 numbers from their very new joint album called Cheek to Cheek, 1st serenading the audience with big band number Anything Goes. The duo were joined by pro dancers Natalie Lowe and Trent Whiddon who executed a lovely ballroom dance as they sang.
